On November 17, 2023, the FITDRIVE project was presented at the European Parliament, showcasing its goal of improving road safety through advanced real-time driver monitoring technologies. This project is aimed at developing advanced technologies to monitor and analyze drivers’ behavior in real-time, providing valuable insights to enhance both individual and public safety.
Advanticsys plays a crucial role in this initiative by enabling real-time data collection from vehicles, essential for driver behavior analysis. During tests campaigns, our technology monitored urban delivery vans, capturing driving patterns that feed directly into the project’s AI models. These insights are fundamental for refining safety features and preventing accidents.
The collaboration with EU institutions is a critical step toward improving standardization for vehicle data collection across Europe. By working together, FITDRIVE’s partners, including Advanticsys, are helping shape the future of European transportation by setting data collection standards that ensure compatibility, accuracy, and effectiveness across various vehicle types and driving environments. This standardization effort is key to creating a safer, smarter, and more efficient road system in Europe.
Stay tuned for more updates on our role in this exciting project and how Advanticsys continues to innovate in the field of real-time vehicle data solutions.
